News / Luxury Mayfair Hotel, Announces Year-Long Programme with B.LOVED to Engage the Local and International Wedding Community
10 April 2017
As we march towards the 2017 wedding season, Sheraton Grand London Park Lane has partnered with B.LOVED, award-winning luxury wedding and lifestyle platform targeting the local and international bridal community.
Set in the heart of Mayfair, the Art Deco hotel and wedding venue has bolstered their bridal know-how by bringing in the expertise of B.LOVED to create a year-long programme of activations to help educate and encourage the local and international wedding community.
The year-long programme will include interactive wedding workshops led by B.LOVED’s network of specialists. Later in the year, the hotel will host its first B.LOVED Wedding Trends Afternoon Tea that will unveil the 2018 luxury wedding trends against the backdrop of the hotel’s signature Birdcage Afternoon Tea.
To mark the start of the partnership and following a significant increase over the past six months in requests to B.LOVED for pre-wedding getaway recommendations, the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane has launched the Early-Moon In Mayfair package – a luxurious and relaxing experience ahead of the big day.
The Early-Moon in Mayfair package - inspired by Pippa Middleton’s St Bart’s getaway - includes an overnight stay in the hotel’s Grand Suite overlooking the iconic Green Park. Inside the sprawling suite, elegantly designed with Art Deco details, the couple will be treated to hotel’s Golden Age of Cocktails menu, served by their own dedicated bartender in the comfort of the suite.
The Bride and Groom also have the option to add further indulgent treats, including a one-hour professional photoshoot with B.LOVED in Green Park, a wet shave at a local barber, Jack The Clipper, and a manicure or pedicure at local nail salon, Nails & Brows.
Louise Beukes, Founder and Editor-in-Chief of B.LOVED, says “The run up to your wedding is an extraordinarily exciting time for couples but we also know first-hand how overwhelming and stressful it can be. We’re thrilled to be working with the Sheraton Grand London Park Lane over the coming year to offer brides trend-led inspirations, support and advice in the lead up to their big day.”
The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Mayfair, a leafy and up-market neighbourhood in Central London. Across from the hotel, Early-Mooners can take a romantic stroll in Green Park or visit some of the capital’s best bookshops, galleries and fashion boutiques, only a stone’s throw away.
Kieran Quinn, Hotel Manager of Sheraton Grand London Park Lane, comments “As the starting point of our relationship with B.LOVED, we are delighted to launch the Early-Moon in Mayfair experience, offering an indulgent escape for couples in the midst of planning their big day. We are looking forward to engaging with the B.LOVED bridal community through our inspiring programme, which will provide invaluable insight into current trends.”
The Art Deco ballroom within the recently refurbished Sheraton Grand London Park Lane is a beautifully grand wedding venue in the heart of London’s Mayfair. The opulent Silver Gallery marks the entrance to the breath-taking Grade II listed ballroom, complete with original features, adding touches of 1920’s glamour to your event. The ballroom can cater to both large and small wedding parties, holding up to 430 people for seated dining and is one of London’s finest examples of original Art Deco architecture. As an added element of grandeur, film directors have chosen the hotel’s Ballroom and Silver Gallery Entrance to set the scene for world renowned films, from Guy Ritchie’s Revolver, to Goldeneye, and most recently, The Danish Girl, Florence Foster Jenkins and the Infiltrator.
Starting from £800 based on two people sharing, the Early-Moon in Mayfair package is now available to book online for a limited time only. To book, please visit: www.sheratonparklane.com/early-moon-package.
